General Information
Limits, Wait Lists and Refunds:
Entries are limited. Once a Trial is full, a waitlist will be created for each trial depending on
requests. When the trial is full, a notice to that effect will be placed on both the Sniff Alberta
website and Facebook page. Individuals who submit entries after the Trial is full will be asked if
they wish to be placed on a waitlist. Day of Trial entries will not be accepted.
Entries withdrawn in writing before the deadline of March 26, 2021 at 9:00 pm MDT will be
refunded in full. Entries withdrawn after that date will only be refunded if the Trial reaches its
maximum entry limit and the entry is filled by a dog from the waitlist. No substitution of dogs will be allowed. Refunds will be provided to an exhibitor should a bitch come in season after May 21, 2021 with veterinary documentation.
Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by
Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. If, because of weather, riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. If, in the opinion of the Event Committee, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions such as, but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, tornado, lightning or extreme heat, the host club may cancel or stop the trial before completion, without refund.
