Entry fees will not be refunded for dogs absent, disqualfied, excused, not qualifying, or barred from competition by the trial committee. Dogs pulled after close of entry with veterinarian's excuse for injury or other medical condition will be considered on a case by case basis by the Trial Committee. Bitches in season will be refunded in full. All other refunds at the discretion of the Trial Committee
