Refund Policy:
Refund of entry fees canceled prior to the pre-entry date will be refunded.
Refund of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline, except in the case of extenuating circumstances which are approved by the event committee on an individual basis.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or Judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club. In the case of a medical emergency arrangements may be made for an entry credit to a future show.
If, because of pandemics, acts of God, riots, civil disturbances or other events beyond control of the host organization it is impossible to open a complete show or trial, refunds will be made at the discretion of the Event Committee.
Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. If a duplicate entry is processed however, arrangements will be made for an entry credit for a future show.
Move up Policy:
Class changes must be completed no later than one half hour prior to the start of any regular judging on the day of the show.
Substitution policy:
No entered or unentered dog may be substituted for another dog in conformation.
