General Information
Take self-Health Screen questionnaire 3 days prior to show, ask- have I or anyone from my party have:
a. Fever at 100.4F or higher, or a subjective fever (felt feverish)?
b. Cough (excluding a chronic cough due to other medical reason except COVID- 19)?
c. Shortness of Breath?
d. Sore throat?
e. Diarrhea (Excluding Diarrhea due to a medical reason other than COVID-19)?
f. In the past 14 days, have you traveled internationally or outside of Michigan by plane?
g. In the past 14 days, have you had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19?
On the dogs entry form acknowledge you and or party have taken a self-health questionnaire for example: I (we) Passed C-19 self-health screen questionnaire.
Practice Social distancing, Masks are required inside of the building, judges discretion for examination of dog, bring own chairs (AADTC no chair use), may use West lawn for pop up canopies, bring your own water (food and water is not supplied/sold). Entering AADTC building at your own risk/discretion-use hand sanitizer located at door entry when entering the building.
Note: Local county and state restrictions are being lifted daily, so some guidelines, at the time of show may be lifted.
