Please Note:
Refund Policy:
- No refunds in the event a dog is absent, disqualified , or excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee.
- No refund of entries will be made becuase of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization which make it impossible to open or complete an event.
- Refund Exceptions:
1) If there is a Pandemic and show site is forced to be closed before first show date.
2) If there is a natural disaster that destroys the show site before first show date.
3) Bereavement of an immediate family member.
A copy of valid documentation for cancelling an entry must be sent to club. If it is a medical condition, a note from a physician needs to be submitted. (no health records needed)
Injury or illness of dog - proof of medical from veterinarian.
Should a refund be granted for any of the above conditions, a 20% administration fee will be withheld in addition to fees charged by UKC to club for each show the dog was entered.
SPOT, CGC, CGCA - $25 per test
