Please Note:
Cancellation Policy:
- Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or the trial is cancelled due to storms or conditions injurious to our exhibitors and spectators.
- Females in season after entries close may have entry fees refunded, less $5.00, provided the Trial Secretary receives notification, in writing by email, by the day before the trial.
- No refunds will occur after closing date.
Special Note: In case of cancellation because of COVID, all fees will be refunded if the trials are cancelled prior to the exhibition date.
