Elite Shed Dog - Dog of the Year
The UKC Elite Shed Dog Series Dog Of The Year Award is presented by Bone Clone. The goal of Dog of Year is to recognize those dogs who show outstanding ability and consistency. A dog must run in a minimum of 8 events during the competition year to be eligible for Dog Of The Year honors. The competition season begins the first weekend after the Nationals and ends two weekends prior to the Nationals. Please see the official UKC Elite Shed Dog Series rulebook for complete details.

The UKC Elite Shed Dog Series Youth Handler Of The Year Award is presented by Bone Clone. The goal is to recognize youth handlers who show outstanding ability and consistency. A youth handler turning 16 during the course of the competition season may continue to enter the Youth Class and earn Youth Handler Of The Year points until the end of the competition season.
