Replacing UKC Registration Certificates
Attention:
ONLY the person(s) listed as the “Registrant(s) of Record” (also known as “Owner(s) of Record”) with UKC will be eligible to request a Duplicate/Replacement certificate for a Dog (or Litter)
Also, if the Dog (or Litter) is registered under a partnership, BOTH the registrant and co-registrant must each provide their signature authorizing the duplication of any paperwork. This policy applies whether or not the partnership is listed as an “AND” partnership or an “OR” partnership with UKC. |

Mail the application, any required documentation and payment to the UKC Home Office, Kalamazoo, MI address;
- or - Fax to the UKC Home Office at 269.343.7037 (automatic $15.00 Rush processing fee will apply);
- or - Scan and email to registration@ukcdogs.com (automatic $15.00 Rush processing fee will apply).
Normal processing time is 10 business days - not including mail time. - MasterCard and VISA accepted.
