Hi Todd,
I'm the one who wrote to you a few months back worrying about letting pros into the Field trials.
We finally got to go to a test, sponsored by the Portuguese Pointer Club and held in CT yesterday.
What a wonderful club, & judges they chose ! I do hope they have more tests in the future but they were a bit disappointed turnout wasn't bigger, I think word of mouth on how UKC differs will help tremendously, especially for people who've had a bad time with the bracing of dogs in other venues. I know I have several people hoping they do it again next year already. My little guy was able to get his TAN title, plus his first Gundog pass and 1st place !! I didn't even know we needed first or seconds to complete our title until after the test!! I'm super-proud!
Thanks, Linda Mscisz
