All dogs qualified must return your qualifying slip in order to show or hunt. Dogs will show in Registered, Champion and Grand Champion Classes. Winners will compete for Supreme Male & Supreme Female.

• Any Treeing Walker pup born on or after April 15, 2008 is eligible to compete.

• This will be a UKC Licensed Event (2 hour hunt).

• Pup must hunt in their category (Registered, Nite Champion, Grand Nite Champion).

• Must show proof of age (Easy Entry CardTM, Registration Papers, etc.) when dog is confirmed.

• Handler and all owners must be paid up TWB&FA members for 2010.

• All cast winners not advancing to the Final Four will receive $50.

• The four highest scoring pups with plus points will advance to the Final Four.
• Dogs MUST have plus points to advance to the Final Four.

• The Final Four WILL hunt a one hour hunt-off to determine their placement (separate from UKC Licensed portion of hunt).

• UKC registered rules will be used on the Final Cast.

• Hunting judges will be used in early round.

• Non-Hunting Judge to be used on casts with two or less dogs.

• Non-Hunting Judges on the Final Four Cast.

• Hunting and Non-Hunting guides to be used.

• 70% of entry fee revenue will be paid back to cast winners and the Final Four.

• This hunt is a separate hunt held on the same night as the Lee Crawford Invitational.

• Your dog will receive Championship Points.

• Your dog will receive Performance Points (only if dog is eligible/paid up)

• Your dog will receive cash for winning a cast and/or placing in the Final Four.

• TWB&FA reserves the right to DNA swab/test any dog entered in this event.

There will be a Senior Old Timers Hunt for age 60 and over on Thursday night.

PURINA POINTS EVENTS

UKC Licensed Bench Show Deadline: 8 a.m. Entry Fee: $20
Nite Hunt deadline: 4 p.m. Advanced Entry Fee: $25

The Annual Membership Meeting will be Saturday, April 17, at 12 noon.
Memberships will be checked at the door.

THERE WILL BE A BIG, BEAUTIFUL SET OF TROPHIES
FOR BOTH THE BENCH SHOW AND THE NITE HUNT,
ALONG WITH AN ESTIMATED $15,000 IN ADDED PRIZES.

Anyone who wins an added prize at Walker Days must be present to claim their prize. If you are not present to claim the prize, it will be considered donated and we will give the prize to the next person to be awarded a prize!

Both owner(s) and handler must be a member to receive the King or Queen of Show, High Scoring Male or Female of each night or High Scoring Walker or Opposite Sex winner of the nite hunt.

There will be a Breeders Showcase available at no fee. First come basis.

Please note: No Straw in Barns; Sawdust or Wood Shavings to be used only. This is by order of Fire Marshal!

1. Advanced entries entries must be postmarked by midnight, April 3, 2010. Nite Hunt entries will be taken on grounds if there are enough guides available. The fee for entry on the day of the event is $50.

2. A confirmation will be mailed to all entrants confirming entry.

3. TWB&FA reserves the right to merge casts.

4. Note: If the dog entered is in heat, or a signed veterinary statement is submitted indicating the dog is injured and cannot hunt, the registered owner of that dog can substitute another dog registered in their name; otherwise, no refund. If the dog dies, you may enter another dog registered to you or receive refund if you turn in the registration certificate.

5. Entries must be confirmed at the TWB&FA desk by 4 p.m. (local time) on the night scheduled to hunt.

6. If entering more than one dog, please use the same format for the second dog.

7. Mark entry for Friday, Saturday, or Both; and Registered, Nite Champion or Grand Nite Champion; and if you can guide a cast.

8. Any entry that is returned to sender because of incomplete information will not be considered an advanced entry if not postmarked by April 3, 2010.

9. Easy Entry™ Card or proper registration papers (bill of sale) must be shown at the time of confirmation.

10. No membership dues sent with Walker Days entries.

11. Note: Hunting Judges will be used on all casts. Anyone hunting a dog who lives within a 100-mile radius of Angola, Indiana will be considered a guide if needed.

UKC, TWB&FA and the Dekalb County Coon Hunters Association are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. Absolutely no gambling, alcoholic beverages, firearms or illegal drugs will be allowed on the grounds or while participating in the hunt or in the building the day of a UKC licensed event.
