1. Advanced entry only. All entries must be postmarked by midnight March 28, 2009. No hunt entries will be taken on the grounds. A confirmation will be mailed to all entrants confirming entry. This confirmation is not needed to confirm entry at event. 2. No refunds will be issued after the advanced entry deadline. Another dog registered to the same individual may be substituted for a female in season, a sick or injured dog. A veterinarian’s slip is required for sick and injured dogs. 3. Entry fee of $25 payable to United Kennel Club, Inc. must accompany each advanced hunt entry. 4. Entries must be confirmed at the UKC headquarters desk by 7 a.m. on the morning scheduled to hunt. 5. All hounds must be UKC Registered by the advanced entry deadline of March 28, 2009. It is acceptable for single registration applications to accompany the advanced entry application. 6. FORMAT FOR 2009 - All registered hounds will be run on Saturday, April 18, 2009. All Hunting Beagle Champions and Grand Hunting Beagle Champions will be run on Sunday, April 19, 2009. On Saturday afternoon, April 18, 2009 the top 16 plus point cast winning Registered dogs will run in four casts, for 90 minutes, to determine the top four Registered dogs. On Sunday afternoon April 19, 2009, the top four Registered dogs will run in a two-hour Winners Pack to determine the National Champion Registered Dog. On Sunday afternoon, the top four Hunting Beagle Champion plus point cast winners will compete in a Hunting Beagle Champion Winners Pack to determine the National Hunting Beagle Champion. On Sunday afternoon, the top four Grand Hunting Beagle Champion plus point cast winners will compete in a Grand Hunting Beagle Champion Winners Pack to determine the National Grand Hunting Beagle Champion.
