Exhibitors may not enter the following dogs under a licensed Judge. These dogs may, however, show in other types of events, including Junior Showmanship, on the same day. B. A dog that is owned or co-owned by a member of that Judge’s immediate family;
C. A dog that is owned or co-owned by a person living in the same household as that Judge.
D. A dog that has been owned or trained by said Judge or that has lived in said Judge’s household, regardless of ownership, within three months of the date of the event;
E. A dog that has been owned or trained by a member of said Judge’s immediate family or that has lived in the household of a member of the Judge’s immediate family within three months of the date of the event.
*F. No member of said Judge's immediate family or member of said Judge's household may exhibit a dog under that Judge.
*G. No member of said Judge's immediate family or member of said Judge's household may enter or exhibit a dog, regardless of ownership, in a show where that member is officiating.

The American Pit Bull Terrier is UKC's second most widely registered breed. Originally developed during the nineteenth century to be a combination of the gameness of the terrier with the strength and athleticism of the Bulldog, the APBT embodies all of the virtues attributed to great warriors: strength, indomitable courage, and gentleness with loved ones. The first APBT ever registered belonged to UKC founder, C. Z. Bennett, who assigned UKC registration number 1 to his own APBT, Bennett's Ring in 1898. |
