Large Pack / Small Pack Titles of Excellence

The degrees of excellence as issued and recognized by the United Kennel Club, Inc. for Large Pack and Small Pack are:

1. Field Champion (FCH) - The official UKC points awarded for each class at licensed Large Pack and Small Pack trials are as follows:

1st place – 30 points or 1 point per hound entered, whichever is greater.
2nd place – 25 points
3rd place – 20 points
4th place – 15 points
5th place – 10 points

In order to be declared an official UKC Field Champion, a dog must have at least 120 UKC points recorded on the records in the UKC Championship Office and have at least three first place wins in licensed UKC Large Pack or Small Pack events.

2. Grand Field Champion (GRFCH) – In order to be declared an official UKC Grand Field Champion, a dog must win at least three trials after earning his FCH degree. Champions are run and judged against open competition.
Grand Field Champions may continue to be run in open competition.
NOTE: A dog is not a Champion or a Grand Champion until the records of the dog in the UKC Registration Office indicate the same.
