For a nominal fee of $25 you may Permanently Nominate your pup for the UKC Performance Program under the following cryteria; a) your pup is sired by a Performance Sire in the year your pup was born and b) your pup's litter was nominated for Performance. If your Permenently Nominated pup wins a ten-dog hunt your Performance pup would get you in the neighborhood of $150 this year! The Performance Program allows a nominated coonhound to earn Performance points throughout the year at all UKC Licensed Events with exception to only those where all categories are drawn together. This Weekend At UKC The Coonhound Department at United Kennel Club is pleased to announce their newest Chartered Breed Association, American Leopard Breeders Association recognized in May of 2008, will be hosting their First Annual American Leopard Hound Days. The event will be held in Sparta, Illinois at the fairgrounds. (More Information). Also, on this same weekend will be the South Carolina State Championship to be held in Darlington, South Carolina. Both American Leopard Hound Days and the South Carolina State Championship are on the 2010 Purina Series schedule also known as Purina Points Events.(More Information). Find an event in your area.
