Arkansas State Youth Championship

The Arkansas Youth Championship was held this past weekend in Garner, AR. The Garner Coon Club played host to this annual youth event. A total of 57 kids and their hounds entered in the nite hunt and bench show. Alex Bray was named the Overall Nite Hunt Winner with a Bluetick; CH NITECH 'PR' Razor Ridge Blue DUI. Blue is a five year old male owned by Austin Cox of Stigler, OK. The Overall Bench Show Winner was Colten Walker who also handled a Bluetick; GRNITECH CH 'PR' Douglas' Blue Dark Midnight. Midnight is owned by Gary Douglas of Colt, AR. Queen of Show was awarded to Tiffany Everett and her own hound; 'PR' Tiffany's One Hot Ticket. Ticket is co-owned with Gerald Everett Jr. of Warren, AR.

Congratulations to Colt, Tiffany and Alex as well as all other youth who won or participated at the 2008 Arkansas State Youth Championship!
