The 2009 Weight Pull All-Star Invitational and 2009 Top Junior Handler-Weight Pull will be held in conjunction with the 2010 PREMIER held at the Wayne County Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Richmond, Indiana on Friday, July 9, 2010. The Pride and Prejudice APBT Association has graciously agreed to assist UKC in running the All-Star Invitational.

Additionally, the PPAPBTA will offer Weight Pulls held in conjunction with PREMIER on Thursday, July 8th and Saturday, July 10th and Sunday, July 11th.

The updated PREMIER Judge’s Assignments including the Performance events can be found under the news section of the Dog Events page.

For those of you in the weight pull community, you will notice that a weight pull judge is not listed. Sadly, we were unsuccessful in finding a club that would be able to run a weight pull at PREMIER. Therefore, weight pulls will not be offered at this year’s PREMIER.

The 2009 Weight Pull All-Star Invitational will be held in conjunction with the UKC Gateway Nationals held at the newly constructed Purina Event Center in Gray Summit, Missouri on Friday, October 29, 2010. The Red River Weight Pullers have graciously agreed to assist UKC in running the All-Star Invitational.

The 2009 Top Junior Handler-Weight Pull will also be held in conjunction with the UKC Gateway Nationals on Saturday, October 30, 2010.

Additional events to be held in conjunction with the UKC Gateway Nationals will include several National Specialties, breed specialties and two weight pulls (hosted by Red River Weight Pullers and UNWPA).

The UKC Gateway Nationals (hosted by UKC) will be held October 29–31, 2010, and expect to include a minimum of three Multi-Breed Conformation Shows (minus BSD due to their National Specialty), and additional performance events. More information as it becomes available should be announced soon.
