The October 4, 2009 TAN/Field Trial led to a repeat performance by the Brittany and the GSP and were again HIT and Reserve. The Brittany, Sarseans Rockin' Z Nite Away (owned by Daniel and Donna Cordero), took High in Trial with a marvelous performance. Reserve went to UCDX CH Sunrise Crystal Blue Persuasion TAN (owned by Linda and Joe Mscisz) who's the first dog in the east to earn both the HUNT and GUN Title.

The weather was great after a day of pouring rain Saturday, so the fields were very wet. Same gunners, same great job by them. There were also many spectators who were interested in the Irish Red & White Setters and the Portuguese Pointers, and came out to meet and watch the dogs run.
The day did bring some unexpected results with nine dogs that ran in the gundog class, with four qualifying, and seven dogs ran in the TAN and had NO qualifying dogs! But, it lasted all day and everyone had a great time!
