Entries came from Virginia, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire and of course Connecticut.
We were graced with a nice, cool, sunny New England spring morning, with a light wind, which was
perfect weather for running dogs
Nine dogs ran in the gundog class, with 7 qualifying. 3 dogs earned their TAN titles.
Judge Donna Pageau's easy manner put all the handlers, especially the novices, at ease and
made for a fun day. Several people brought food and everyone sat down to lunch and dog talk
and relaxed a bit.
Then the results were announced! High in Trial went to Brittany Spaniel Sarseans Rockin' Z Night
Away owned by Danny & Donna Cordero. Reserve High in Trial went to German Shorthaired Pointer
UCDX TAN CH Sunrise Crystal Blue Persuasion owned by Linda and Joe Mscisz. Congratulations
also go out to Brittany Spaniel GRCH TAN K Star The Skipper Sno's Best owned by Kathy Shannon,
whose qualification earned both his HUNT and GUN title.
