Permanent Registration Certificate
The seller must sign the certificate exactly as it appears on the front. If the dog is registered in an “and” partnership, both co-registrants must sign.
The seller must provide the appropriate date of sale.
If the certificate is signed by the seller(s) but no purchase date is provided, then the date the transfer is received at UKC will be listed as the purchase date.
The new registrant(s) would then complete their information in the appropriate sections of the application.
