Application for Permanent Registration: A temporary application used to permanently register a dog that has been litter registered.
Permanent Registration Certificate: An official certificate that is issued once the application for permanent registration is submitted.
Application for Single Registration: Single Registration is a method for purebred dogs from other recognized registries to become UKC registered.
Performance Listing: Performance Listing is a method for mix bred dogs, purebred dogs of unknown pedigree, purebred dogs with disqualifying faults or breeds not recognized by UKC to be able to participate in performance events. Performance listed dogs may compete in all UKC Performance Events and Junior Showmanship. PL dogs must meet the requirements to be listed as one of the breeds in the Gun Dog group and are required to be spayed or neutered to participate in HRC events only.
1. Completed UKC Performance Listing application
• To list the dog as a purebred, two recent and clear photographs must be provided. One photo of the full front of the dog including facial features and one view of the side in a standing position.
• To transfer a Performance Listing dog, the purchaser of the dog must submit a written statement along with the previous registrant’s Performance Listing Card. The new registrant will be issued a new Performance Listing Card.
