Application for Permanent Registration: A temporary application used to permanently register a dog that has been litter registered.
Permanent Registration Certificate: An official certificate that is issued once the application for permanent registration is submitted.
Application for Single Registration: Single Registration is a method for purebred dogs from other recognized registries to become UKC registered.
Limited Privilege: Limited Privilege Registration is a method for mix bred dogs, purebred dogs of unknown pedigree or purebred dogs with disqualifying faults to become registered. These dogs must be spayed or neutered and can compete in Performance Events and Junior Showmanship.
1. Completed UKC Limited Privilege application
• Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Please provide a spay/neuter certificate confirming alteration of the dog. If spay/neuter certificate is not available, please have a licensed veterinarian complete and sign the application.
• To list the dog as a purebred, two recent and clear photographs must be provided. One photo of the full front of the dog including facial features and one view of the side in a standing position.
• To transfer a Limited Privilege dog, the purchaser of the dog must submit a written statement along with the previous registrant’s Limited Privilege Card. The new registrant will be issued a new Limited Privilege Card.
