New Community Building, Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2120 Harper Street 66046; From I-70: Take exit #202 West Lawrence, continue south on Iowa Street (Hwy 59) to 23rd Street. Turn left (east) *and continue through town to Harper St. Turn left (north) on Harper, go approximately 3 blocks. From South: Hwy 59 turn right on 23rd Street and follow directions above*. From East: Hwy 10 (which turns into 23rd Street in Lawrence) turn right (north) on Harper, go approximately 3 blocks. The Arena is on the right in the large arena at the second entrance to the fairgrounds.
